Albert, Sharon Morris

Sharon Rose Morris Albert, 64, of Poplar Hill, VA, walked through the pearly gates of Heaven to see Jesus on Saturday, November 2, 2019. She was born June 22, 1955 in Giles County, the daughter of the late Clarence William & Lucille Browning Morris.

Sharon loved the Lord and enjoyed reading her bible and listening to Gospel music. She was a good mother, who loved to cook and was known for her potato salad. She was very fashionable and concerned for every detail, including her hair, jewelry and Red Door Perfume.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Randall David Ramos and her sisters, Jeanie Frazier and Brenda Philips.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 38 years, Donnie E. Albert; her son, Dennis Albert; her daughter, Jennifer Woods, grandchildren, Brandon Woods, Carleigh Woods and Landon Woods; her brothers and sisters, Bucky Morris, Glen Ramos, June Morris, Frankie Vaughn, Phillis Blankenship and Drema Bronson; special brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Ronnie & Pauline Albert; special nephew, Michael Albert; and several nieces, nephews and special friends, too many to list.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, White Gate with Rev. Eddie Kendall and Rev. Earl Riggs officiating. Burial will follow in Staffordsville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
