Albert, Ronnie Ambrose

Ronnie Ambrose Albert, 55, of Christiansburg, passed away Monday, March 27, 2006 after a long battle with cancer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Lydia Albert; his brother, Donald A. Albert.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Tessie A. and Chip Griffies; his brothers, Anthony A. Albert and Howd Albert; one sister, Patricia Mann; several nieces and nephews; a very special nephew, “Howie”; several great-nieces and nephews; and special friends, Brent Gillespie and Stewart Quesenberry.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 30 at Belmont Christian Church.
