Albert, Loretta Price

Loretta Price Albert, age 73, of Christiansburg died, Friday, August 3, 2012 at Her Home. She was born in Montgomery County, Virginia on June 17, 1939 to the late Lee Allen and Pearl Lora Alls Price and also preceded in death by a sister Betty Price.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence G. “Ducky” Albert, of Christiansburg; three daughters and sons-in-laws, Patty and Greg, Oakley, of Radford, Janice and Paul Jackson, of Fincastle, Va., Donna and Paul Kast, of Stoney Creek, Va.; son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Rhonda Albert, of Millington, Tenn.; three sisters and brother-in-law, Della Snider, Claudine Saville, Patsy and Donald Shepherd, all of Sunnyside; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Donna Price, of McCoy; six granddaughters, Ashley, Aleena, Lauren, Samantha, Leann, and Mary-Hannah; six grandsons, Benjamin, Jacob, Matthew, Bryant, Joshua, and Logan; three great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; aunts; Beulah Snider, of Blacksburg, Louise Long, of Prices Fork; brothers and sisters-in-law, Carlton and Dixie Albert, of Kansas, Treva Quesenberry, of Tenn., Troy and Shirley Albert, of Radford, Garnett and Janet Albert, of Roanoke, Joy Nester, of Pilot, special nephew Bernard Nester, of Pilot; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, August 6, 2012 at 11:00 pm in the Centennial Christian Church(disciples of Christ) with the Rev. Gary McCoy, Rev. Stanley Smith, Jr. and Rev. Steve Jumper officiating. Interment will follow in the Centennial Christian Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Centennial Christian Church Cemetery, P. O. Box 427, McCoy, Va. 24111 or to charity of choice.

Friends may call anytime after 12:00 noon Sundayand the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Sunday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive SW, Blacksburg.
