Akers, Penny Jane

Penny Jane Akers, 45, of Christiansburg, departed this life Sunday, February 3, 2019, in the care of Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA. She was born March 22, 1973, Melvin Golden and Norma Jean Lane Golden in Maryland.

Survivors include her parents, loving husband, Jeffrey Allen Akers of 30 years, sons Devin Lynn Akers of Christiansburg, Trinity Allan Akers of Christiansburg and Daniel Leland Akers of Christiansburg, daughters Shannon Andrea Davis of Blacksburg, Kailey Cierra Akers of Christiansburg, and Questa McKinzie Akers of Christiansburg, and four grandchildren.
