Adkins, Arnold E.

Arnold E. Adkins, 45, of Christiansburg, Va., died Saturday, February 21, 2009. He is survived by his children, Pamela Lucas, Matthew Lucas, and Christopher Adkins; also surviving are his life time companion, Susan Lucas; mother, Esther Adkins; brothers, David Adkins, Daniel Adkins; and his sister, Darlene Fizer. He is also survived by special friends, Frank Cooper and Timmy Johnson. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends at The Horne Funeral Home Thursday, February 26, 2009, from 5 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held in The Horne Funeral Home Chapel 2 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2009, with Pastor Jube Burk officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
