worrell curtis rayCurtis Ray Worrell, age 58, of Blacksburg died, Friday, September 21, 2012, at Lewis Gale Hospital-Montgomery. He was born in Radford, Va. on September 3, 1954 to the late Elbert Lee and Josie Craighead Worrell. He was preceded in death by a brother, Troy Worrell. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Nelson Price, Blacksburg, girlfriend, Ada Camper, Blacksburg, and her children, Larry Shelton, Blacksburg, Samantha Camper and fiance, William Ford, Blacksburg, sisters and brothers-in-law, Martha and Danny Hall, Blacksburg, Shirley and James Brown, Oliver Springs, TN., brother, Peyton”Leroy” Worrell, Christiansburg, grandchildren, James Dougles Ryan, Jr., Jamye Nicole Justus, Christopher Blake Adkins, Hunter Shane Justus, Haley Cheyenne Adkins, Jacob Bruce Scott Price, Landen William Shelton, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 24, 2012 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Doug Leonard and Rev. Gary McCoy officiating. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 pm Monday prior to service. Contributions may be made to the McCoy Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
