Wilson, Woodrow Ralph

Woodrow Ralph Wilson, 85 of Belspring, passed June 8, 2003. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Arthur M. and Maddie R. Grubb Wilson, a stepmother, Dora Wilson, a son, Jack Leon “Buff” Wilson, a grandson, Daniel Taylor, 6 brothers, Lawrence, Robert, Clinton, Bryan, Blair and Hick Wilson, 3 sisters, Leoda Bradley, Blanche Edwards and Leoda Everstine.

Survivors include his wife, Edith Morris Wilson of Belspring; three stepsons, Marvin Taylor, Gary Taylor, and Randy Taylor, all of Allisonia; four step-grandchildren ; 5 sisters, Goldie Medley, Hilda Hegl, and Ella Hardesty all of MD, Opal Good of California, and Jean King of Florida.

Cryptside services will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin with Rev. Rupert Quesenberry officiating where members of VFW Post #776 will conduct military cryptside rites. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
