WALL, Joyce Ferrell

Joyce Ferrell Wall, 68, of Narrows, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2006 at Carilion Giles Memorial Hospital in Pearisburg.

She was born at Amigo, West Virginia on August 11, 1937 and was the daughter of the late Frank Shuler and Vickie Hare Ferrell. In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Carol Wall Akers, a brother, Harold Ferrell, two sisters, Claire Ferrell and Alma Radford, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Phlegar and Thelma Wall. She was a faithful member of East Chapel Community Church.

She is survived by her husband, Penkey E. Wall of Narrows; two daughters, Sandra Wall Price and husband Timothy of Pembroke, Dreama Wall Hayes and husband Berlin of Narrows; two sisters, Geraldine Wall of Rich Creek, Jo Ellen Dalton of Narrows; four grandchildren, Emilee and Taylor Price of Pembroke, Kayla Hayes of Narrows, and Shanan Akers of Flatwoods, Kentucky; a great-grandson, Michael Paul Akers of Flatwoods, Kentucky; and a stepgranddaughter, April Edwards of Morgantown, West Virginia.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 1 p.m. at East Chapel Community Church with Rev. Tim Lacy officiating. Burial will follow in the Boyd Cemetery in the Wolf Creek Community.
