Smith, David Herman

David Herman Smith went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 14, 2006 at the age of 69 at Montgomery Regional Hospital.

He will be missed by his wife and family, including his brothers; Alfred L. Smith, Mason Lee Smith, Eugene Smith and half-brother; Ronnie Smith, daughter; Tammy Marie Jones and a granddaughter which he considered a daughter; Megan Jones, step-sons; Ronnie Wright, Sherwood Wright, Mark Wright, Quintin Wright and Michael Wright, many friends and his dog Casey.

The family will receive friends from 5 – 8 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2006 at The Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 16th in The Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Robert Martin officiating.

Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
