Arthur Clinton Smith, 88, of Draper, Va., passed away Saturday, July 29, 2006. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, July 31, 2006, 2 p.m. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. Visitation will be Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bower Funeral Chapel.
