Gladys Hatmaker Rogers, 87, of Dublin, died Friday, May 19, 2006 at her residence.

Born May 16, 1919 in Lake City, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Sarah Ethel Dabney Hatmaker and Aaron Thomas Hatmaker. She was a retired nurses assistant at Pulaski Community Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kermit Rogers.

She is survived by one son, Tony Rogers and his wife, Willie of Roanoke; two daughters, Patricia Lanningham and her husband, Bob of Mt. Airy, N.C., and Barbara Jean Rogers of Lynchburg; one brother, Clayton Hatmaker of Clarksville, Tenn. Also survived by five grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday May 22, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Thomas M. Seagle & Sons. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
