Price, Floyd Andrew

Floyd Andrew Price, 72, of Blacksburg, Va., died on Monday, November 19, 2007 at the New River Valley Medical Center.

He was born in Montgomery County, Va. on June 13, 1935 and was preceded in death by his father Clarence William (Buster) Price, Sr.

Floyd retired from Hercules, Inc. with 30 years of service.

He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Smith Price of Blacksburg; sister, Julie P. Phillips of Blacksburg; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Clarence William Price, Jr. and wife, Shirley, of Blacksburg and the Rev. James Price and wife, Betty, of Sylvatus; numerous nephews and nieces; and great-nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Webb officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Wednesday before the service at McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, S.W., Blacksburg, Va.
