Pagan, Lorree Johnson

Loree Johnson Pagan, 77, of Pulaski, died Saturday morning June 21, 2008 at her residence with her family by her side.

She was born August 9, 1930 in Keno, Ore. and was the daughter of the late Lou Emma South Johnson and Alfred Jackson Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Loree Pagan, two sisters, Dorothy Dogan, and Doris Sisk and a brother, Argus James Johnson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Homer “Jimmy” Dewey Pagan, Jr., of Pulaski; three sons, David W. Pagan and his wife, Joani, of Sanford, N.C., Joseph A. Pagan and his wife, Starr, of Pulaski, and Terry A. Pagan and his fiance, Laura Hale, of Pulaski; sisters, Betty Davison and her husband, Joe, of Salem; brothers, Arthur Johnny “Buddy” Johnson, of De Motte, Ind., Albert J. Johnson, of Salem; a very special niece and nephew, Vicki Trail and her husband, Ricky, of Pulaski, and Landis Stoots and his wife, Cindy, of Colonial Hts., Va. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jesse Pagan, Erica Pagan, and Joshua Pickett; and many nieces, nephews and special friends.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday June 24, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Thomas M. Seagle & Sons, with the Rev. Darlene Marshall, the Rev. J.P. Hale, and the Rev. Steve McMurray officiating. Interment will follow in the Pagan Cemetery.
