Nuckols, Bonnie Blevins

Mary Yvonne (Bonnie) Blevins Nuckols, 62, of 5823 Old Giles Road, Dublin passed away Sunday, December 2, 2007 at the New River Valley Medical Center.

She is the daughter of the late Calvin and Edith Harper Blevins; one granddaughter, Ashley Dawn Nuckols; and one brother, Elwood Blevins, also preceded her in death.

She had worked for Dublin Garment for over 29 years and later Pulaski Furniture and most recently Rowe Furniture. She was a long time member of the Dublin Church of God, where she taught Sunday school for many years.

Surviving are her husband, James Franklin Nuckols, Dublin; children, Mary White and husband, Richard, Dublin, Teresa Nuckols, Dublin and Belinda Nuckols, Dublin; grandchildren, J.R. Montgomery, Katie White, A’me Baber and Adam Baber; great-grandson, Steven Cage Quesenberry; and sister-in-law, Janice Blevins, Christiansburg, Va.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the Dublin Church of God with the Pastor Michael Collins officiating. Interment will follow at the Dublin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening, December 4, 2007 at the Bower Chapel, Pulaski.
