Morgan, Margaret Skinner

Margaret Skinner “Peggy” Morgan, age 84, of Blacksburg died Monday, October 9, 2023. She was born in Alberta, Va., on, September 22, 1939, to the late Glen Reese and Elizabeth Bell Skinner. Her husbands, Frank Schickel and Richard Montgomery Morgan, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her stepson and daughter-in-law, Steve and Carolyn Morgan, step-grandchildren, Jacob Morgan, and Joseph Morgan and his wife Jessica, and their son, Benjamin.

A Memorial service will be conducted Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 2:00 PM in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Russell Shepherd officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Montgomery County Humane Society.
