McDaniel, Harold Robert

Harold Robert McDaniel, 77, of Narrows, departed this life Saturday morning, April 6, 2019 in the care of hospice and surrounded by the love of family. He enjoyed a sweet life in Giles County, in working for National Gypsum, being a self employed mechanic doing Auto Body Repairs (especially of his passion in the restoration of Fords which he so greatly admired), and recently, working for a good friend Danny Williams pouring concrete.

He was preceded in death by his parents Fleet and Mona Meadows McDaniel, his wife Pamela Kent McDaniel, a baby girl Amy Denise McDaniel, his brothers Carl, Raymond, Howard, and Tommy McDaniel, and a sister Florence Robertson.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son Timmy and Daughter-in-Law Susan McDaniel, Daughters and Sons-in-law Christine and Jeff Drymiller and Debi and Steve Parcell; brother and sister-in-law Leonard and Shirley McDaniel, Sisters and Brother-in-laws Dorothy Bell, Donna and Jerry Milstead, and Faye and Roger Reynolds; girlfriend Patricia McDaniel,and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 4:00 PM in Bethel Chapel in Clendennin with Pastor Eddie Kendall officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 2-4 PM Saturday, April 13 prior to the funeral. The Kendall Funeral in Pembroke is in charge of the arrangements.
