McCoy, Donald Kelly

Donald Kelly (Poochie) McCoy, 66, of Parrott, died Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at his home.

Surviving are three daughters, Debbie Hoover and her husband, Phillip, Dublin, Shelva Hamilton, Roanoke, Cindy Carnley and her husband, J.B. of Bonifax, Fla.; three sons, Roger Linkous and his wife, Tammy, Parrott, Grover McCoy and his wife, Renee and Scott McCoy and his wife, Lori, all of Bonifax, Fla.; two sisters, Juanita Sheppard, Parrott, and Brenda Bishop, North Carolina; two brothers, Douglas A. McCoy, Snowville and James A. McCoy, Dublin; also his mother, Roxie H. McCoy, Parrott; ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Parrott Church of God with the Rev. Eddie Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in Sifford Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 23, 2006 at The Parrott Church of God. DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford, is handling arrangements.
