Jarels, Vivian Fain
On May 3, 2024, God sent his angels to take a beautiful woman to meet her husband in Heaven, the one true love of her life Reverend George Jarels; along with three sisters, three brothers and her mom and dad. Vivian Jarels was born on July 12, 1932 in Norris run to John and Nora Fain.
She was a mother every child should be blessed with. She worked hard all her life, yet her children never went hungry, nor went without clean clothes. She was the maker of the best cobblers ever. She had four children, one of which went onto heaven before her and am certain Judy was waiting to greet her. She will be missed by her grandchildren, Shannon and Renea, Kevin and Byron, and many nieces and great-grandchildren. She will be so missed by her sons Rick, Bobby and Kenny and the world will be so lonely without her.
The funeral will be held at Horne Funeral Home on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 12:00. A visitation prior to service will be from 11:00-12:00. The Rev. Jimmy Price will officiate.
Special thanks to Gentiva Hospice and a special thanks to her caretaker Debra Haley, whom stood by her 24 hours a day. Mom loved her like a daughter and her like a mother. My heart was broken as I saw her slip away. She will forever be my protector. She taught Sunday school for several years, while ministering with her husband at several nursing home for years and stayed true to God and his teachings. She was a beautiful servant of God. Her beautiful red hair and lovely eyes always shining. If we could go back to where we were playing in the back yard like two little kids, but we can’t. God said she was on loan to her kids and now it is time to return her back to him so we must say goodbye. We love you mom, now and forever.
