Huddle, Mae Ramsey

Mae Ramsey Huddle, 94, of Belspring, Va., passed away Friday, July 2, 2010. She was a member of the Belspring United Methodist Church and a retired dining hall manager at Radford College. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Early Huddle Sr.; and grandson, Jason Huddle. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, John Early Jr. and Joyce Huddle, of Waynesboro, and David C. and Jenny Huddle, of Belspring; two daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley H. and Johnny Pickeral, of Roanoke, and Sandra H. and Tom Bentley, of Pulaski; eight grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren; and six greatgreat-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 4, 2010, at 3 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with the Rev. Darlene Marshall officiating. Entombment will be private. Contributions may be made to the Belspring United Methodist Church Memorial Fund or the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Sunday, prior to the service.
