Hall, Donald E.

Donald E. (Don) Hall, 61 of Maylene, Ala., formerly of Narrows, went to be with the Lord and other loved ones on August 7, 2006.

He was the son of Dorothy W. Hall and the late S. Perry Hall of Narrows. Don graduated from Narrows High School, Class of 1963, and from Newport News Apprentice School as a mechanical designer, a vocation he pursued in Newport News, Knoxville, Tennessee, and Birmingham, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish fond memories, two sons and families, Kevin J. and Tracie Hall of Maylene, Ala., and Keith and Alicia Hall and children Cade and Baylee Hall of Quincy, Fla. Other survivors are his three brothers, Larry L. Hall of Narrows, Alan P. Hall of Charleston, W.Va., and Scott P. Hall and his wife, Christine and daughter, Sarah of Roanoke.

Graveside services will be held Friday, August 11, 2006 in the Smith Family Cemetery in Kenova, W.Va. at 10 a.m. Memorials may be made to the General Fund of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 605 Memorial Boulevard, Narrows, Virginia 24124.
