Gautier, Mary Lou Neal

Mary Lou Neal Gautier, 89, of Curve Road in Pearisburg, gracefully departed this life Friday afternoon, July 20, 2018 to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ while in the care of Heritage Hall Rich Creek.

Born in Rocky Gap on October 3, 1928 she was a daughter of the late Roy Alvin and Louisa Jane Hounshell Neal from Bastian, VA. She was also preceded in death by her husband Russell Marvin Gautier, her brother Claude Neal, her sisters Ethel Madeline Kirk, Margie Songer, Ruth Havens and Dorothy Poole.

Mary worked and retired from the Celanese Plant at Narrows with over forty years service. She was a wonderful loving and compassionate mother. Her devotion, dedication and love for her family was beyond measure.

She leaves to cherish her memory her three children Marvin Wayne Gautier of Pembroke, Robert (Debbie) Gautier of Ripplemead, and Donald Harold Gautier of Newport; her sisters Trula “Dolly” Smith of Powhatan, and Cleta Stoots of Max Meadows; her grandchildren Renee Gautier Helton of Salem, Amy Gautier of Fayetteville, NC, Joey (Mandy) Gautier of Abingdon, Brandy Gautier of Blountville, TN, Jerad Gautier of Blacksburg, and Tyler (Savanna) Gautier of Stoney Creek; her great-grandchildren; her one great-great-grandchild; several cousins, nephews and nieces.
