DOBBINS, Charlotte Marie Saul

Charlotte Marie Saul Dobbins, 63, of Dublin, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2006. She was a longtime member of the Fairlawn Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Edward Dobbins; her parents, Charles William and Evelyn Viers Saul; a grandson, Greg Dobbins; and a brother, Eddie Saul.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Tammy Dobbins of Charlotte, N.C., and Jeffrey and Diana Dobbins of Radford; a daughter and son-in-law, Terry and J. Wayne Vaughan of Galax; five grandchildren, Lisa Mountjoy, Zachary Dobbins, Meagan Vaughan, Sarah Kennedy and Tyler Dobbins; two great-grandchildren, Jeremy Ingram and Brittany Smith; a brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Mary Lee Saul of New River; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Shelvia and Buddy King of Virginia Beach, Clara Neishell of Dublin, Bonnie and Jerry Thornton of Dublin, and Sherry and Otey Mitchell of New River; and a special friend, Lon Adams.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 22, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Fairlawn Church of God with the Rev. Jim Angle officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the church.
