CHAMBERS, Samuel Gray

Samuel Gray Chambers, 16, of Dublin, Va., died Saturday, August 12, 2006 in a Pulaski Hospital.

Surviving are his parents, Donald Ballard and Cara Ellen Chambers, Dublin; two brothers, Christopher Adam Chambers and Harrison Ballard Chambers, both of Dublin; his paternal grandmother, Carmela Chambers, Radford; and his maternal grandfather, Thomas Kordish, Maynardsville, Tenn.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Robert Martin officiating. Interment will follow in Old Dublin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford.
