Brookman, Ann Beth

Ann Beth Brookman, 52, of Blacksburg, Va, went home with the Lord, after a long battle with cancer on November 1, 2023. She was born on February 2, 1971. She is the daughter of the late Alton Delane Brookman and Geraldean Lyons Brookman, who survives.

More than anything she loved spending time with her children Brandon (30) and Noelani (10). She loved all the family get-togethers and discussing religion and politics. She is preceded in death by her father; sister, Patricia Murphy; nephew, Rodney Spangler.

In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory are her son, Brandon Brookman; daughter, Noelani Brookman; sisters, Julie Williams (Michael), Nancy Cooper (Ricky), Laura Cook (Eugene), and her brother Keith Brookman; 9 nephews and 1 niece.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 1:30-2:30 with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2:30 pm at Good Shepherd Baptist Church. Interment will be held at Sunset Cemetery. Family and friends are invited back to Good Shepherd Baptist Church for a meal and fellowship following the interment.
