Basham, Sharon Kay

Sharon Kay Basham, 61, of Willis, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2006. She was a member of Willis United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Kenneth Basham. She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Kenny and Kimberly Basham, Floyd, Mike and Shawyna Basham, Willis, Kris and Diana Basham, Florida; six grandchildren, Devin Basham, Mandy Basham, Taylor Basham, Samantha Basham, Morgan Basham, Shaun Basham; sister, Barbara Wood, Salam; brother, Donnie Mountcastle, Salem; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Gardner Funeral Home with the Rev. Lawrence Nuckolls officiating. A graveside service will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at Gardner Funeral Home from 6 until 8 p.m. Arrangements are being handled by Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd.
