Barton, Stella May Musselman
Stella May Musselman Barton, 92, of Floyd, formerly of Shawsville, passed away Friday, March 10, 2006. She was a member of New Hope Church of God.
Mrs. Barton was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Barton, two sisters, Violet Gerberich and Beulah Musselman, one brother, Junior Musselman and one great-grandson, Aaron Saylors.
She is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Barbara and Kenneth Graham, Floyd; Madeline Bishop and special friend Charles Dooley, Christiansburg; four sisters, Thelma Gilmore, Virginia Linkous both of Christiansburg; Mildred Barnett, Shawsville; Doris Gills, Bedford; one brother, Jessie Musselman, Ferrum; five grandchildren and spouses, Kenneth and Kathy Graham, Ricky Graham, all of Floyd, Roger and Kim Graham, Rhonda and Michael Saylors, Melissa and Darrel Hollins, all of Christiansburg; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchild. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, March 13, 2006 at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Michael Bond officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. Friends may call at Gardner Funeral Home Sunday where the family will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.
