Webb, Ruth Chaffin

Ruth Carnelia Chaffin Webb, 84, of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday Dec. 13th 2016 in the Carilion New River Valley Medical Center, Radford. She was born in Caretta, WVA March 12th 1932 and was the daughter of the late James Elbert and Bertha Chaffin.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell Webb.

Surviving are her Daughter and Son in Law, Lynn and Terry Kauff

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Dec 18th at 2pm from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating, burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Dublin. The Family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 to 8pm at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
