Lewis, Hazel

Hazel Lewis, 84 of Indian Valley, VA passed away on Monday December 5th, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Lewis, son Jim, three sisters and one brother.

Survivors include daughter Lea Peters, grandson Sam Worthington; great-grandson Zachary Worthington and sisters Barbara Gibson and Sarah Gallimore and numerous other family members. Services will be private.
