Willett, Paul Joseph

Paul Joseph Willett passed away at his home in Pulaski, Virginia December 1st 2016. Born in 1928 to Edna and Donet Willett, Paul grew up in New York City where he would meet his future wife Jennie Rodriguez who he married in 1949.

Paul and Jennie resided in New York City before moving to Lincoln Park, New Jersey to raise their four children: Lynda, John, Steven and Lisa. Paul worked as a union plumber in New York City for 30 years and upon his retirement moved to Pulaski. He was an honest man of tremendous character who loved his family, and will be missed.

Paul is preceded in death by his siblings Jeannette, Joseph, Teresa, Connie, Rita, Donald; his son Steven, son-in-law Raymond Petrowski and daughter-in-law Dana Willett.

Paul is survived by Jennie, his wife of 68 years, sister Madeline, children Lynda Petrowski, John Willett, Lisa Schlottmann and her husband Guenter, his grandchildren Eric Petrowski, Amy Gore, Jeremy Willett, Andrew Schlottmann, Jamie Willett and his great-grandchildren Ryan, Hannah and Colin Gore.

A private funeral service was held December 3rd at Stevens Funeral Home in Pulaski.
