Alger, Haeston Louis “Al”

Haeston Louis “Al” Alger, age 69 of Christiansburg passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at his home. Born October 22, 1947 in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Samuel Lewis Alger and Willie Claudine Alger.

Haeston was a veteran of the United States Army.

Bobby & Kim Alger – Pulaski

Grandchildren: Ashley Robinson, Kayla Robinson, Jessica Farmer, Alvia and husband, Johnny Vest, Jacob Alger, & Evan Alger

Ex-wife: Gloria Alger– Radford

Great Grandchildren: Christopher Long, Cory Long and James Bennett

Brothers: Ralph Alger- Woodlawn, Billy Alger- Hillsville

Graveside Memorial services will be held Friday 11:00 am October 28, 2016. at the Southwest Virginia Veteran’s Cemetery, Dublin with Chaplain Bobby Ward officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
