She is survived by her husband of 60 years, George Cox; brother, Carlos Dishion, of Tennessee; sisters, Isabell Thompson, of Arkansas, Marion Stroud, of Illinois, Barbara Berns, of Michigan; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Nathan Montgomery officiating. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Cemetery.
