Hagee, Sr., Donald Rae

Donald Rae Hagee, Sr., 81, of Dublin, VA died Sunday night, December 13, 2015 in the Pulaski Health and Rehab Center. He was born in Pulaski on August 4, 1934 and was the son of the late Alonzo Hagee and Mary Lewellyn Hagee. He was also preceded in death by a son, Donald Rae Hagee, Jr.

Mr. Hagee was a member of the New River Baptist Temple and was a retired employee of Jefferson Mills. He also served in the United States Navy.

Wife of 58 Years – Fleta Hayes Hagee

Daughters & Son-In-Law – Mary Catherine Hagee

Susan & Gary Jennings

Son & Daughter-In-Law – Tim & Ginny Hagee

Daughter-In-Law – Jean Wright

Ten Grandchildren

Five Great-Grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 1:00 PM from the New River Baptist Temple with Gary Stike officiating. Burial will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin, with the Pulaski VFW Post #1184 conducting the military graveside rites. Visiting will be Tuesday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
