Hackett, Paul William

Paul William Hackett, 82, of Elliston, Va., passed away at his home on Friday, October 9, 2015, under the care of Carilion Hospice. He was preceded in death by sister, Dorothy Martin.

Surviving to cherish is memory are his wife of 52 years, Claudette; special aunts, Vessie and Mary; and nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff of Carilion Hospice for the love and care shown to us.

Funeral Services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at Lotz Funeral Home, Salem. Burial will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the service.
