Mills, William (Bill) E.

William (Bill) E. Mills, 64, of Elliston, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Minnie Mills; and siblings, Nettie Shrader, Don Mills, and Clinton Mills.

His surviving family includes his wife, Gloria Mills; children, Tabitha Spencer, Dennis Mills, and Lee Stanton; siblings, Imogene Hosey, Kenneth Mills, Irvin Mills, John Mills, Clifton Mills, and Gary Mills; and 7 grandchildren.

The family thanks Gentle Shepherd Hospice and John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home for their compassion.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 10, 2015 in the John M. Oakey & Son Chapel with the Rev. Eugene Mills officiating. A period of visitation will take place two hours prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to help with funeral expenses. The Mills family is being served by John M.
