Eva Simpkins, 70, of Radford, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015.

She is survived by her son, Phillip (Melissa) Simpkins; grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, and Allison Simpkins; and a great-grandchild, Aiden Lee.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 5, 2015, from 1-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 2 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment will follow in Simpkins Family Cemetery.
