Sale, June Courtney Sterling

June Courtney Sterling Sale, born June 21, 1925 in Norfolk, Virginia, passed away Monday, May 1, 2006 in Blacksburg.

She was a graduate of Granby High School in 1943 and Madison College in 1947. She shared a lifetime of love with her husband, W. Stuart Sale of Blacksburg.

Also survived by her children Nancy Simko and husband, Bob of Manchester, Ga.; son, Richard Sale and wife, Shelia of Sumerduck, Va.; daughter, Courtney Roth and husband, Nathan of Mena, Alaska; daughter, Patricia Harrison and husband, Randy of Radford, Va. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Katherine Culverson of Shiloh, Ga.; Rachel Sale and Molly Sale of Sumerduck, Va.; and Daniel Harrison and Stuart Harrison of Radford, Va.; and three greatgrandchildren.

A memorial services is planned for Thursday, May 4, 2006 at 11 a.m. at Grace Episcopal Church in Radford, Va. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Warm Hearth Employees Fund at Warm Hearth Village in Blacksburg, Va. 24060.
