Lytton, Paul Vernon
Paul Vernon Lytton, 85 , of Radford, passed away, Sunday March 15, 2009, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Paul was a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War, where he earned two Bronze Stars. He also worked at Lynchburg Foundry for 44 years.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years, Vern Hall Lytton; son, Paul Antony (Tony) Lytton; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Antony Adams; two grandchildren, Ashley and Katie; brothers and sister-in-law, William M. (Brownie) Lytton, Fred E. and Loriene Lytton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kathleen Plaster, Onita and Robert Bugg, Peggy and William Martin.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2009, at St. Jude’s Catholic Church. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at St. Jude’s Catholic Church, with Father Ken Shuping officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
