Segar, William Bolling

William Bolling Segar, 69, of Blacksburg, died, Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at his home. He was born in Middlesex County, Va. on September 28, 1936 to the late John Randolph and Irma Lee Segar. He is survived by his wife, Betty M. Segar of Blacksburg; sister and brother-in-law, Hildreth S. and Davis Bottom of Richmond; brother, J.
