Hall, Ottie Lewis (Buddy)

Ottie Lewis (Buddy) Hall, age 80, of Blacksburg, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, at his home. He was born in Montgomery County, Va. on July 30, 1934 to the late Glenn and Janie Wheeling Hall.

He was preceded in death by his sister Thelma Davis. He proudly served his country as an Army Veteran and retired from Virginia Tech. He was a loving Husband, Father and Pap-Pap.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Edith G. Hall and loving son, Don. He adored and will be missed by his grandchildren, Seth Hall and Hayley Hall, both of Blacksburg.He is is also survived by brothers and their spouses, Cecil (Pat), Elmer (Mammie); sisters and spouse, Betty (Ed), Mary Ellen, and also Glenn and Susie Hall.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor David Rhudy officiating. Entombment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Faith Christian Church, 305 3rd. St., Christiansburg, Va. 24073.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg, Va.
