Price, Charlie Howard

Charlie Howard Price, 83, of Blacksburg, died Sunday, May 3, 2015 at his home. He was born in Montgomery County, Va. on August 3, 1931 to the late Lawrence Radford and Margaret Virginia Alls Price.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Moore Price; his brother, Radford Price; brothers-in-law, Elmer Moore, Paris Smith.

He is survived by his four sons and daughters-in-law, Michael Keith and Diane Price, Randall Howard and Anne Tabor Price, Dennis Charles and Wynoka Price, Joseph Allen Price, all of Blacksburg; 11 grandchildren, Brian Keith Price, Sabrina Ann Price, Monica Lauren Schroeder, Kyle Austin Price, Christopher Randall Price, Andrew Miller Price, Christina Lyn Price, Justin Alan Price, Cheyenne Marie Graham, Colton Howard Price, Braedon Nicholson Price; three great grandchildren , two sisters, Janie Elizabeth Smith, of Blacksburg and Marian Moore, of Christiansburg; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Jackie Price, of Lynchburg, William and Rebecca Price, Ellett; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2015 in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary McCoy and the Rev. Bobby Moore officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. Flowers will be appreciated or memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday evening, May 6, 2015 at McCoy Funeral Home 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg.
