Danner, Agnes Odell Fisher

Agnes Odell Fisher Danner, 87, of Radford, died Friday, April 7, 2006 in Carilion New River Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul F. Danner; and a son, Gerald F. Danner, Sr.

Surviving are a daughter, Sally Danner Brown, Wilmington, N.C.; four grandchildren, Gerald F. Danner, Jr., Dublin, Teresa Danner Branch, Beckley, W.Va., Kevin Brown, Rock Hill, S.C., and Eric Brown, Raleigh, N.C.; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 13, 2006 at the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bill Schoeneman officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mountain View United Methodist Church or to the New River Valley Agency on Aging, 141 E. Main St., Suite 500, Pulaski, Va. 24301.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2006 at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford.
