Russell Franklin Collins, 58 of Newport, VA formerly of Christiansburg, VA passed away April 02, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ethel and Elijah Collins Sr., sister; Pauline Boothe, brothers: Paul Collins and Billy Collins.

Surviving is his ex-wife Lisa Collins, son; Elija Collins, daughers; Okasa Collins, Billie Graham, grandchildren; Micah-Ried Graham, Braiden Bennett, Pallah Graham, brother; Elijah Collins Jr., sisters; Rosemary and Charles Gathergole, Lulu and Chalie Moore, Roberta Breeden, many Nieces and Nephews, and special friend Sally DiRico.

Memorial Service will be Wednesday April 08, 2015 from 2-5pm at Horne Funeral Home.
