Mans, Betty Jo Bishop

Betty Jo Bishop Mans, 70, of Radford, passed away on March 24, 2015. Betty was born on August 22, 1944 to the late Oakley Homer and Mamie Snyder Bishop Sr. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Oakley “Hootie” Homer Bishop Jr. and Randall Bishop.

She is survived by her loving husband of fifty years, Arthur Allen “Butch” Mans Sr.; her sons, Arthur Allen Mans Jr. and David Roger (Angela) Mans; her daughter, Jennifer Mans; her sisters, Barbara Whitaker, Patricia Timley, Patsy Young, and Ethel Bugg; her brothers, Bobby Bishop, Jim (Diane) Bishop, and Frank Bishop; and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at DeVilbiss Funeral Home on March 27, 2015 at 11 a.m. Interment will be private and follow at a later date.

DeVilbiss Funeral Home in Radford, is in charge of arrangements.
