Honaker, Ronald Lee

Ronald Lee Honaker, Sr. age 69, of Elliston passed away Monday, March 23, 2015. He was born in Welch, WV on June 18, 1945 to the late Clarence and Ellen Honaker.

Ron was avid outdoorsman who love hunting, the game of baseball woodworking and raising a beautiful garden every year.

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Sandra Honaker, of Elliston; daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Wayne Stewart, Rhonda and Matthew Gore; sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Melisa Honaker, John and Wendy Honaker, Michael and Kim Honaker, Daniel and Sheena Honaker,; sister, Linda Deskins; brother, Eugene Honaker; 7 grandsons and 6 granddaughters, Travis, Austin, Nathan, Bryce, Hana, Lucas, Amanda, Ashley, Kaylyn, Kara, Brandon, Patrick, Kayla; 4 great-grandchildren, Colten, Zachary, Trenton, Maddison.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Travis Gore officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2 pm Thursday at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive SW, Blacksburg.
