Grubb, Paul Emanuel

Paul Emanuel Grubb, 48, of Dublin, passed away Thursday March 5, 2015 in the Wake Forrest Baptist Hospital, Burn Center, Winston Salem, N.C. He was born July 13, 1966, in Radford, the son of the late Walter Lee Grubb Jr. and also preceded in death by a brother, Phillip Lee Grubb.

Paul is survived by his wife, Lisa Grubb of Dublin; daughter, Angie Grubb of Blacksburg; son, Jason Lee Grubb of Dublin; mother, Annie Cleo Phillips Grubb of Snowville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Norma Jean and Joe Lester of Floyd, Arlene and Dwayne Simpkins, Brenda and Richard Mitchell, all of Snowville.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday March 14, 2015 11 a.m. from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeannie Phillips officiating. Burial will be private following the service in the Flinchum-Montgomery Cemetery, Snowville. The Family will receive friends one hour before the funeral service.

The Family wishes to thank all the doctors and nurses at the Wake Forest Baptist Hospital for all their hard work, they worked continuously and did such a good job.

Sometimes we don’t understand things in life that happen but we know we have a loving God who is rich in mercy and full of grace who will carry us through all the storms of life.
