Barrentine, Virgie E.

Virgie E. Barrentine, 95, of Blacksburg, died Sunday, October 26, 2008. She was born in Stowell, Texas on July 28, 1913. She was predeceased by her husband, Moody Louis Barrentine, Sr. She is survived by a sister, Jewel Lawson, of Dallas, Texas; children, Shirley Sher (Donald), Barbara Bauer (Henry), and Moody Louis Barrentine, Jr., (Harriet); 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Family requests no flowers. Graveside services will be held in Nashville on Saturday, November 1, 2008. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home Blacksburg.
