Kellner, Walter Christian

Walter Christian Kellner, 75, of Copper Hill, Va., died on Tuesday, September 23, 2008, at New River Valley Medical Center. He was born in North Lima, Ohio, on December 24, 1932, to the late John and Katherine Meltzer Kellner.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Jeanette Kellner; and a daughter, Wendy Robin Kellner. He is survived by his wife, Leslie Kellner; and a sister, Katherine Shotts.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2008, in the Bible Holiness Church with the Rev. Dwayne Martin and the Rev. John Early officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Salem Church Cemetery Head of River, Copper Hill, Va.

Friends may call anytime after 5 p.m. and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening, September 26, 2008, at the Bible Holiness Church, Christiansburg. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home Blacksburg, Va.
