Gordon, Ronald S.

On August 31, 2008, Ronald S. Gordon, of Palm Coast, Fla., and formerly of Blacksburg, Va., peacefully passed after a two year brave battle with esophageal cancer.

Faithful husband for 45 years, he is survived by his wife, Joan; and five children, Mary Gordon, Bill Gordon (Janice Meador), Edie Gordon Summers, Sarah Gordon Heil (Ken Heil), and Kate Gordon Clement (Andy Clement). Ron had five loving grandsons, Connor and Gavin Heil, Zachary and Jacob Clement, and Trajan Dering.

A memorial celebration of Ron’s life will be held on September 28, 2008, at Cliff Lodge at Snowbird, Utah. RSVP if you plan attend. A private burial service will be held on Ron’s birthday, September 29, 2008, in Salt Lake.
