Cragett, Nannie Alta

Nannie Alta Cragett, age 99, of Christiansburg died, Friday, January 16, 2015, at Heritage Health Care, High Point, N.C. She was born in West Virginia on November 17, 1915 to the late Leonard and Lundi Sue Akers Reed.

Also preceded in death by her husband Charles Thomas Cragett and daughter Joyce Akers. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, William and Louise Reed, Blacksburg, grandchildren, Patricia and Tim Turner, Little River, S.C., Kathy and Richard Auman, High Point, N.C., three great grandchildren, one great great grandson, many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 19, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at McCoy Funeral Home 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg.
