Long, Eunice Wilson

Eunice Wilson Long, 90, of Radford, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and retired from Hercules.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence L. Long. Survivors include a daughter, Judith Dodson, of Radford; a son, Larry Long, of Flagler Beach, Fla.; seven grandchildren, 10 greatgrandchildren; and one greatgreat-grandchild. The family would like to express deep appreciation to the staff at Kroontje Health Care, not only for their love and care freely given to Mrs. Long, but also to the deep affection shown her family during her stay over the last five years.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, August 29, 2008, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with the Rev. Tammy Wright officiating. Interment will follow in the West View Cemetery in Radford. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2008, at the funeral home.
